Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere within the Philippines! 🌴
Do you ship internationally?
Not as of the moment, but we’re working on it. 🌎
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Due to delays caused by COVID-19, orders will take at least a week to arrive.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, we do! You may choose the ‘Same day delivery’ option upon checkout. Please note that cut-off for same day delivery is at 5pm and orders placed after that would be scheduled for the next day.
Same day delivery must also be arranged by the customer by booking their courier of choice. 🛵 (e.g. Grab Express/Lalamove/Mr. Speedy)
Where is the pick-up location for same day delivery?
Our warehouse is located in Quezon City.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return/exchange items?
We only accept items for return/exchange if it was damaged upon receiving. You may send back the item for inspection within 2 days after receiving the item. The item must be in the same condition as you received it and in the packaging it was sent in. Items with any marks or make up stains will not be accepted.
How do I arrange a return/exchange?
You may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or @juanandmaia on Instagram to request for a return/exchange. All delivery fees for return/exchange shall be shouldered by the customer.
Once we’ve received the item for inspection, we will notify you if it is eligible for a return/exchange. No cash back, but exchange for a different size or item of equivalent value is allowed.
We accept payments via PayPal, Credit/Debit Card using Paypal, BDO, and GCash.
